The keyboard graphic responds to mouse clicks, touch events, and key presses.
Hold your shift key while clicking the PET keyboard to get the graphics
characters.
(The emulator simulates pressing the PET's left shift-key at the
same time as the clicked key.)
Changing the size of memory or changing the ROM version forces a reset of the PET.
The emulator has an IEEE-488 device at address 8. It can be used load and save (.prg) files.
Some programs don't run on ROM1 and some require more memory than the default 8K.

GBOOK is a grade-keeping utility for teachers. The program is split into two parts: GBOOKA allows you to create or edit class lists and save them to a data file on tape, while GBOOKB allows you to enter grades for a student list created with Part A. The student list creator program seems competent enough, but without a student list data file on tape there's no way for me to evalate the grade entry program. Even though I doubt anybody will run these programs today葉here are modern grade-book programs and even a simple Excel spreadsheet is enough to get the job done葉hese programs represent the spirit of the early days of personal computing: if you couldn't find a program to do what you wanted, you'd simply write your own in BASIC.
