As of my knowledge cutoff in October 2023, there is no verifiable information or documented evidence about a game titled *Titrator* written by Garry Flynn and published by CodeWorks - Cursor for the Commodore PET or any other platform. This specific combination of title, author, and publisher does not appear in known databases, archives, or historical records related to Commodore PET games or retro computing.
Garry Flynn and CodeWorks - Cursor are not widely recognized names in the context of Commodore PET software development. While there were numerous developers and publishers creating games for the Commodore PET during its era, no credible sources or retro gaming archives mention *Titrator* or its creators in association with this platform.
If *Titrator* exists, it may be an obscure or unreleased title with no surviving documentation or preserved copies. Without further evidence, it is not possible to provide factual details about the game. If you have additional context or sources, they could help clarify its existence or history.
